GEBÄCKMODEL: Kuchenmodel, Lebkuchenmodel, Anismodel, Änismodel, Backmodel, Lebzeltenmodel, Springerlemodel, sind eine Spezialität, an die sich nicht jeder Schnitzer wagt!

Es gilt dabei, „verkehrt zu denken“: was im Backwerk links sein wird, ist rechts, was erhaben ist hohl. Kommt einem das nicht fast philosophisch vor?

Schibig schnitzt solche Model seit Jahrzehnten in feinstem Birnbaumholz, sei es nach eigenem Design, sehr gerne auch nach Ihren Wünschen: Bauwerke, Leute, Tiere, Wappen, Inschriften, Bilder von alten Modeln usw.   -  die Möglichkeiten sind unerschöpflich und faszinierend!

Man formt darin Lebkuchen, Biber, Aniskuchen, Springerle, Tirggel, Honigkuchen, Pfefferkuchen, Spekulaties, Marzipan: als Geschenk, für Tafeldekorationen. Und nicht zu vergessen, die Model wirken, an die Wand gehängt, wie ein wertvolles Bild  -  was sie eigentlich auch sind!

Kuchenmodel  - Backmodel      Moulds for pastry

Kitchen moulds for pastry: not every wood-carver dares to sculpt moulds for pastry! They are negative, so the dough pressed in comes out positive. Here it is necesary to think reverse, the wrong way round. Wat has to be on the right side in the finished pastry is sculpted left, the raised hollow. (No, that is not meant philosophically . . .) Schibig has carved such moulds for decades, in the finest pear-wood, to our own design or according to our customers‘ requirements: buildings, monuments, people, animals, coats of arms, inscriptions, badges etc.  -  the possibilities are inexhaustible and fasinating. One can form in them gingerbread and all sorts of pastry consisting of malleable dough. For gifts, table-decorations. Hung on the wall the moulds or the pastry serves as very decorative items.

All our molds are sculpted and carved by hand in the finest pear-wood. We do not sell imitations made from plastics.

Bitte beachten: die Gebäckmodel von Schibig sculptor werden alle von Hand aus feinstem Birnbaumholz geschnitzt und sind deshalb nicht zu vergleichen mit  den anderswo angebotenen, bei denen es sich fast durchwegs um Abgüsse aus Kunststoff handelt!

Zugegeben, diese beiden Bilder aus dem Fotokopierer sind ziemlich schlecht; doch beim einen ist mir das Motiv sehr wichtig, und beim andern ist die Adressatin vielleicht nicht ganz unbekannt . . .

I acknowledge that these two two pictures from the copier are not very good, but the motiv in one is very dear to me and the subject in the other is not entirely unknown.
